Gordon Bennett Essay Example for Free

Gordon Bennett Essay The following contemporary artists both represent their works in a post-modern frame. Post-modern can include irony and paradox, appropriation and pastiche and intersexuality. Gordon Bennett and Fiona Hall fit into one of these categories. Bennett’s painting Outsider, Oil and acrylic on canvas, 1988 is a violent painting using appropriation of Vincent Van Gogh’s artwork, and the treatment of aboriginals in today’s society. Fiona Hall’s sculpture of the Nelumbo nucisera, lotus, elum, thamarei, aluminium and steel, 1999 is made up of a sardine tin rolled down revealing a bare stomach, and plant leaves. Bennett’s work can be seen as post-modern as Bennett takes Van Gogh’s famous images and recreates them in his own manner. Bennett’s painting Outsider, is a violent painting using appropriation of Vincent Van Gogh’s artwork Vincent’s Bedroom in Arles, 1888 and Starry Night, 1889, and the treatment of aboriginals in today’s society. He fits into the category of appropriation where he uses another’s work in a new context, with the intention of altering its meaning. He seizes copies and replaces the original imagery of Gough, by interpreting it in his own way. He uses cultural aspects of aboriginal art and is in search for meaning and identity. Bennett identifies with the world through people, events and issues involving the aboriginal people. His work is political about both Aboriginal and European-Australian history. It helps him and his people to redress the disparity between the two cultures. Many of his views about Aboriginal culture have been understandably formulated from a European perspective. His shocking, violent and traumatic work was painted while Bennett was still at art school. The painting raises many issues from Aboriginal deaths in custody to Bennett’s feeling of isolation. Frustration is also evident with the suggestion that it can lead people to suicide or self-mutilation, as in the case of both Van Gogh and the figure in the picture. The Aboriginal figure complete with ceremonial paint is frustrated and confused, that his head explodes, with blood whirling into Van Gogh’s turbulent sky. The classical heads with eyes closed, may relate to Europe, or the famous Greek marbled heads, blind to the consequences of its actions and unwilling to acknowledge the blood on its hands. They are humming or dreaming to block out the exploding head. Bennett figuratively displays his own dilemma of violently contested genealogies. The hands on the figure reach towards or draw away from the closed eyed heads on the bed. The red hands on the wall represent the hands of the ‘white’ people. It may suggest that the ‘white’ people are caught red handed by the way they react to the mutilated figure. The red in the painting is strong and contrasting with the other natural tones; the same red is taken from the bed cover, and used in the handprints on the wall and the blood on the wrists and neck of the figure. The window seems to be a window to the dark swirls of the night, which may represent death. The figure’s head is almost exploding into the dark metaphysical zone, here drawn from Starry Night. For Van Gogh the starry night was a forbidding of death and return to an ultimate peace for which he longed. Bennet seems to deliberately take on this same theme. The dots, dashes and roundels in Bennett’s starry night may suggest Western Desert Aboriginal paintings.

Active Euthanasia :: Free Euthanasia Essay

Active Euthanasia Active euthanasia is the act of killing of a living person in attempts to stop the suffering on someone's behalf. Active euthanasia should remain illegal because of the immorality of the acts. In looking at the definition, that will be enough to prove that active euthanasia should not be accepted in our society. In the first part of the definition, active euthanasia is the killing of a living person. Despite any circumstances, a living person has the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. By taking away the life of a living person, it takes away from the natural rights bestowed upon us by being American citizens living under the Declaration of Independence. If one's life is taken away from them, then they no longer have that right to life and have therefore their rights to liberty and the pursuit of happiness no longer exist either. The act of causing death to someone with the full intent to kill them is murder, no matter what the reason. God gave us the right to life and a person should not be able to decide if a person's life is worth living because this right was bestowed upon us as a privilege and it should be take with the greatest of gratitude and should not be thrown away light heartedly. If a person chooses that active euthanasia be used to take away their own life, then this person is engaging in suicide which is already seen as a crime, and it is looked down upon in our society. If people were able to just deem themselves unworthy to live in our society and find their lives meaningless, then we as a society should help them feel more important and loved then to use the alternative of just killing the person. Arthur J. Dyke says this best when he discusses suffering as a normal part of the cycle of birth and death. "Suffering people need the support of others; suffering people should not be encouraged to commit suicide by their

This subdivision of the diary identifies positive statements for the enlisting of work forces in early instruction. The research was compiled in three bunchs of statements: benefits for society, for the instruction business and for the infant pupils. This first statement declares that with an increased figure of males in the instruction profession that there would be an altered attitude to premises in relation to gender functions and duties. This is briefly conveyed ( Cameron & A ; Moss 1998 ) that differentiates between male and females in relation to childcare – contradictory of sensed stereotypes. Additionally, the following bunch argues that with more male input in the profession there would be an addition in the position and of instructors ( Lyons et al. , 2003 ) and besides would better workplace kineticss and staff interrelatednesss. Besides there is grounds that supports work forces keep higher paid administrative places that could potentially be transferred to the learning profession. The 3rd statement is that work forces can assist develop kids ‘s attitude for a diverse hereafter. By exposing kids to non-traditional buildings they can get down to go more compassionate and morally right.Sternod, B.M. ( 2011, Issue 2 ) . Role Models or Normalizing Agents? Full article provided by Wiley Online Library through a journal hunt on Strathclyde Universities SuPrimo. This diary identifies adult females as a menace to the development of immature males as they override the masculine impact that is attempted to be conveyed. Evidence supports the deficiency of male instructors in simple schools with merely 9 % being male. Some school kids have no male influence in their lives and urgently necessitate an influential figure to larn and draw a bead on from. Male instructors besides supply concrete subject within the schoolroom but besides can understand immature male behaviorism. Males are besides, more austere doing kids more alert within the schoolroom and they besides are able to link with pupil, in bend bettering acquisition. Michael Gurian ( Hein, 1998 ; Peterson,1998 ) claims that male childs learn through a â€Å" masculine nurturing system † which revolves around â€Å" regard. Male childs can derive regard from an older/wiser male and this has to be earned. If a male child acts unsuitably the higher ranking male will loss regard for that person and it is up to the person to accomplish it back. This relationship has a inclination to be around males – therefore it would be good for male influence to be in school community. Lack of male influence both in and out of school physiques up a inclination for Acts of the Apostless of force and other offenses. Without a powerful influence in a kid ‘s development their natural maleness is free to make what it wants. Without positive counsel immature male could easy fall in to the incorrect paths and may non hold good ethical motives and could arise against what is really good. This diary continues to look at different facets of what makes a function theoretical account and what it has been based on.Lexis Nexis UK Newspaper database articleClark, L. This newspaper article presents an statement that there is a demand for male primary pedagogues. The article cites that there is a astonishing sum of female instructors in relation to male instructors with 360,485 male childs aged 4 – 10 holding attended a school with no qualified male presence. Within these statistics 61,060 of the pupils are having free school repasts due to low income – highlighting that the job is countrywide. There is a deficiency of male influence within primary students taking to claims that excessively many male childs are holding small or no interaction with males before making high school. With a altering nature within places there potentially may be pupils who reach early maturity and holding no male influence – making a ‘distorted ‘ position of society. Professor John Howson at Oxford Brookes University agrees stating: â€Å" If you ne'er acquire a opportunity to interact with one gender, so you are non acquiring a rounded instruction † . The article continues, speaking about how immature professionals can be persuaded to come in the instruction profession and how bad imperativeness and other influential factors can do this hard.Internet Research ArticleKoutros, M. This article was produced by a pupil at an American University who was bring forthing an Action Research Project on the deficiency of male instructors in a schoolroom. The survey identifies that the National Education Association ( NEA ) , revealed that less than one-quarter of all instructors were male. Recent surveies show that the deficiency of male instructors is due to low wages and issues associating to gender stereotypes. The paper is garnering research on the deficiency of a strong male function theoretical account in schoolrooms holding a harming impact on a kid ‘s sustainable development. Male instructors are viewed as function theoretical accounts ( Martino, 2008. p.192 ) . â€Å" Recuperative Maleness Politicss † are a agencies to change stereotypes and convey back a male influence into the schoolroom. This is significantly of import for immature male childs as they look for a function theoretical account, person to draw a bead on to. Gender besides plays an impact on schoolroom direction techniques which differ from male and female. Males within a schoolroom have a better impact in relation to females as kids respond to bids from a male more instinctively ( Kesici, 2008 ; Bryce & A ; Blown, 2007 ) . The article continues to detail the sum-up of the pupil ‘s research and his program of what he is traveling to make to garner relevant grounds.Andersonian library BookJames, A.N. ( 2007 ) . Teaching the Male Brain: How male childs Think, Feel and Learn in School. ( pp. 157-159 ) . USA.Searched â€Å" learning males in school † in the University of Strathclyde ‘s SuPrimo database. This book analogies ‘ that maleness is an indispensable facet of a kid ‘s development – kids should be able to see that there are many alternate ways of seeing the universe from a gendered position. Male function theoretical accounts are critical: with many an increasing figure of one-parent households a dominantly female influence disenable male childs to specify what it means to be a male child ( Neall, 2002 ; Pollack, 1998 ) . A job arises with a chief female influence on a immature male: what if in seeking to move like a male, a child Rebels against the influence of a female and acts the complete antonym. He may hold decided that the right behavior for work forces is ill-mannered, angry, noisy and vocal. This acts as a cardinal defect to a feminist position within a school environment ( Mac and Ghail, 1994 ) . A male instructor can besides impact originative subjects such as art in a positive mode. By giving the kids a mechanical point of view the pupils took it in on their pace and completed a undertaking as holding thought about it alternatively of a stereotyped female originative expressional side. The book is all about the manner boys learn and how they can be influenced and taught in different ways.Online Library ArticleBittner, M. T. and Cooney, M. H. ( 2001 ) . USA.Searched â€Å" male instructors early childhood † on Strathclyde University ‘s SuPrimo library hunt engine. This subdivision of the diary explores the different issues that affect work forces within a schoolroom environment. It looks at influential factors such as salary, household reaction and pre-conceptual stereotypes of being male and a member of the instruction profession. The goes on to look at the advantages and disadvantages of holding a male influence in a schoolroom. Children can profit both straight and professionally from a skilled, good educated male instructor. There are two analogies that back this up both giving grounds that male pupils have wholly altered behavior, assurance and ability with the impact that a male presence has had on the persons. Besides experiments have revealed that pupils are more watchful and concentrate on a adult male within a category – therefore would larn more. However, male instructors have a inclination to experience stray and uncomfortable being in a female dominant environment. This was besides apparent from one of the focal point groups the research workers carried out: one individual declared that some pupil ‘s parents were non happy with a adult male assisting their kids with toilet demands and another instructor disclosure that he feels judged when a kid harmlessly sits on his articulatio genus. To try to decide this ‘touch ‘ issue the group devised a procedure of constructing positive relationships with both pupils and parents in an effort to attest this issue. This article concludes by placing a demand for a declaration in the manner male instructors are perceived within the schoolroom.ComparisonSternod, B.M. ( 2011, Issue 2 ) . Role Models or Normalizing Agents? A Genealogic Analysis of Popular Written News Media Discourse sing Male Teachers. In Thiessen, D. Curriculum Inquiry. ( pp.277-286 ) . California, USA.Bittner, M. T. and Cooney, M. H. ( 2001 ) . Work force in Early Childhood Education: Their Emergent Issues. In Jalongo, M. R. Early Childhood Education Journal. ( pp. 77 – 82 ) . USA.Sternod and the Bittner, Cooney partnership both conducted research into what portion a male instructor dramas in the development of an early twelvemonth ‘s pupil. Sternod declares that there is a despairing demand for a male figure in the successful development of kids, particularly boys. The laterality of female staff overruling the really few male instructors highlights a defect in the instruction system with a deficiency of right gender stereotype instruction. Cooney and Bittner look at the learning profession and how it affects work forces. They besides explore the influence a male has on the schoolroom and how it can be perceived by others. Bittner and Cooner found that work forces may experience uncomfortable and uneasy with a schoolroom when kids are trying to be fond and ‘touchy-feely ‘ – non due to the males personal edginess but by the fact that in today ‘s milieus that would be judged by others and seen as incorrect. This provides grounds in favor of female instructors as they are conveyed as loving and lovingness. This stereotype besides differs from sternods article as he argues that adult females are the 1s doing the deficiency of full development chances of kids. Particularly, Sternod looks at male childs larning through a â€Å" masculine nurturing system † where regard is indispensable. Male instructors can utilize different methods of learning kids and have fluctuations in schoolroom behavior direction which differ from females. This method gives male instructors a measure up on females as they have an about point system with male pupils and that the pupils will take to affect -work harder- their male instructor. This strong personal instructor pupil relationship contradicts Cooney and Bittner as they argue that male instructors can non hold a strong relationship with pupils. It is deserving observing that both research workers agree that there is a demand for more male ‘s instructors within the learning profession. They merely somewhat differ on the methodological analysis in which should be set in topographic point to further better male standing in the schoolroom and for the development of kids.DecisionA male influence within the learning profession decidedly has an impact on how kids are educated, the manner kids are educated and the effectivity of schoolroom behavior direction. Without surrogate, new methods of educating our immature people there would be a deficiency of effectual instruction manners that push and develop kids to endeavor to what they can go. A male function theoretical account is critical in guaranting that kids understand the difference between muliebrity in being a miss and maleness in being a adult male. As it is chiefly female instructors in early phases so kids develop more feminine properties and hence deficiency in maleness which is particularly refering for immature male childs. If there was no male presence so at that place would non merely be a deficiency of confident important figures but there besides would be an underlined defect in a kid ‘s gender stereotype instruction. A adult male in a schoolroom gives kids a modern point of view that kids aspire that anyone can make anything they want – non all instructors are females, non all pilots are male. There is grounds that supports males have a better controlled schoolroom with kids holding a inclination to hold better behavior in the pretension of a male. It could be the fact that kids are scared to how a male may respond to bad behavior or it could be due to the regard that the kids have for the pedagogue. Young boys normally behave better around older males as they are seeking to affect them and derive regard. Personally, I think that without males in the instruction profession there would be a batch less compassionate and credence within this modern, of all time altering epoch. Male teacher partly maintain kids up-to-date with altering tendencies within society and hence do the coevals of tomorrow more diverse and accepting. Besides without the first male instructor to animate the following coevals at that place would n't be draw a bead oning instructors such as me.

Learning And Teaching In The Inner City Education Essay

Teaching and larning in any school can hold both benefits and jobs. Those advantages and issues tend to be magnified in the interior metropolis school environment. However, staff members including the caput instructor, instructors and learning helpers can hold an impact upon a kid ‘s acquisition in all schools, particularly those in the interior metropolis. If staff members are competent and capable of learning efficaciously, the challenges of an interior metropolis school environment can be overcome to let students to boom and accomplish, and exceed, their possible. A figure of jobs, with a assortment of solutions, affect interior metropolis schools ; a figure of which are discussed below: Immigration addition in interior metropoliss has increased the figure of kids in school with English as a 2nd linguistic communication. â€Å" The steep rise of in-migration into Britain has been demonstrated by new figures that show more than 1,500 schools are dominated by students who speak English as a 2nd linguistic communication. † ( hypertext transfer protocol: //www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1265342/Immigration-rise-means-1-500-schools-dominated-pupils-speak-English-second-language.html ) As linguistic communication forms the footing for the instruction of any topic, these kids begin their instruction at a disadvantage and have to give their attempt in first understanding instructions, so set abouting those undertakings. Transient student populations cause issues for those students because they are ever traveling place and schools. This affects their instruction as different categories will be at different phases in the course of study ; doing the kid to lose out on immense subdivisions of the course of study or repeat of the same content. Furthermore, each instructor will hold their ain instruction manners intending that the transient student will hold to go adaptative to different ways of being taught and different methods of larning. This becomes particularly debatable as the instructor can non immediately and efficaciously measure the learning manner of the student to supply learning which suits their single demands. Whilst this assortment for the student encourages adaptability, it can be nerve-racking for the student to be under changeless alteration. By virtuousness of their location, interior metropolis schools are frequently greatly affected by poorness which frequently contributes to underachievement. Poverty can besides take to hapless nutrition which has been shown to negatively impact attainment ( Haddad, 2002 ) . Furthermore, with poorness it becomes more hard to supply quiet infinite to ease effectual place acquisition as free infinite is minimum. Children from hapless households frequently do non hold entree to learning resources either. Poverty is a peculiar job in the UK as celebrated below ; â€Å" The UK has a higher proportion of its kids populating in workless families than any other EU country.A It is about twice that of both the EU norm and that in France and Germany. † ( hypertext transfer protocol: //www.poverty.org.uk/18/index.shtml? 2 ) Parents ‘ working forms ( eg casual or switch work ) mean that parents are non ever show to assist with home-work, frequently the kids are looked after by a figure of other carers, and as mentioned above household repasts are irregular taking to hapless diet in kids from those households. This can impact the kid ‘s wellness and slumber which influence concentration and acquisition. In some households with these jobs older kids frequently have to assist with younger siblings which means that their learning outside of school e.g. prep undertakings will non ever be completed/receive full attending. Some households may delegate a low precedence to instruction ; this is usually due to parental influence and is cyclical. In interior metropolis schools there is frequently a low turnout at parents ‘ eventide or parents ‘ audiences intending that instructors and parents can non work in a close partnership to better the educational opportunities for the student. Teaching staff in weakness schools are frequently non every bit stable as staff in outstanding schools. This can do the same job as the transeunt population of students e.g. issues of learning manners, working relationships with students etc. Many of the above factors generate a deficiency of assurance among students, negatively act uponing attainment and motive. This rhythm can be exacerbated by inconsistent instruction and continues, particularly if the kid feels a deficiency of support. The job may besides get down to impact other students when the un-motivated student begins to deflect others. This rhythm will go on until the affected student is assisted, for which resources must be available. Possession of good behavior direction accomplishments is indispensable to be able to cover with any schoolroom. Inner metropolis schoolrooms can hold extra challenges which act as barriers to larning such as linguistic communication and particular demands. A good behavior direction technique will assist liberate up clip to concentrate on larning instead than covering with behavioral issues. As noted above, school staff obviously play a critical function in guaranting that students achieve their possible, particularly if parent and student portion this purpose. I believe that most success for a instructor comes from being able to prosecute good with kids, maintaining their involvement in the topic and as such give them the gift of desiring to larn more. Committedness of a instructor to an interior metropolis learning place can be a existent advantage for students ‘ instruction and possible to accomplish. However, hapless quality instructors remaining in station can be merely every bit bad as good instructors altering every term. The Conservative party believes that giving schools more power to pay good interior metropolis instructors extra will help the keeping of staff. I think this could assist but if the instructors feels supported, see countries for publicity, see the students increasing in assurance and making good I believe these factors are merely as of import. Any school needs fiscal support ; the authorities has been supplying money for bettering schools, here are some illustrations ; The ‘Specialist-schools ‘ programme provides authorities funding for schools which choose a specializer topic and achieve the marks set to raise criterions. These schools aim to develop countries of course of study excellence, assisting better the criterions for all pupils. Ian Turner, Director of Strategy, Programmes and Networks, at the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust ( SSAT ) , which finds sponsorship for specializer primaries said: â€Å" [ Specialist position ] provides schools with a strong focal point, an single individuality, [ and ] the chance to construct links with concern and the local community. † . ( hypertext transfer protocol: //www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/uk/education/article1975188.ece ) ‘Golden-hellos ‘ are portion of a authorities enterprise to promote more people to learn, by offering a payment of between ?2,500 and ?5,000 after the first twelvemonth as a instructor. However, it is merely available to instructors of certain nucleus secondary topics. Ed Balls announced in 2009 that the LA and schools will be acquiring excess steps to better primary schools as a agency to guarantee that every schools and kid can win. Ed Balls is composing to every LA and has asked them to demo how they are traveling to better schools to be the best primary schools in the universe. He is besides traveling to compose to the LA with the schools that are having the worse tonss and inquire them to better and rapidly. Charity support which assist schools in priceless besides. The Fischer household trust is an independent non net income charity which provides this sort of support ; the trust provides aid for undertakings aimed at the development of instruction in the UK. These are some of the literacy programmes that they have available: ‘Wave 3 ‘ , is a programme where KS1 kids who are reading or composing at a low degree are provided with excess aid to raise their attainment degree. ‘Hi-Five ‘ , has similar purposes for Year 5 pupils ( and upwards ) who are working at Level 2c in reading and authorship. ‘Write Away Together ‘ , is aimed at spread outing twelvemonth 1 to 6 authorship accomplishments through treatment of their independent authorship. The trust besides operates a new literacy preparation programme for supply instructors and coachs who do n't usually work with KS2 or have low English topic cognition. They besides provide information to LAs and schools to let them to do better determinations sing future marks with the usage of the pupil public presentation informations. Every Child Matters is another authorities enterprise that aims to implement five cardinal results for co-operation between all kids ‘s services, following a study published by the authorities in 2003 ( following the tragic decease of Victoria Climbie ) . Every Child Matters is an advanced attack to the wellbeing of kids and immature people until they are 19 old ages of age. The authoritiess ‘ 5 purposes for Every Child Matters are applicable for every kid, wherever they come from. These are to let entree to the support needed to ; be healthy, stay safe, enjoy and achieve, do a positive part, and achieve economic wellbeing. The purpose of ‘be healthy ‘ has been implemented by strategies such as breakfast nines so the kids gets right nutrition at the start of the twenty-four hours to be able to be productive, free fruit is provided for kids to seek assist them acquire some of their five a twenty-four hours, plus doing certain that the bites and repasts given by schools are healthier. â€Å" Healthier kids do better in larning and in life. By enabling kids and immature people to do positive alterations to their behaviors sing wellness and wellbeing, schools can assist them make their full potency in footings of accomplishment and fulfillment. † ( hypertext transfer protocol: //resources.healthyschools.gov.uk/p/Static/AboutUs/why-get-involved ) Similarly, supplying free schools repasts is good for student and parent as some parents can non afford to give their kids a healthy tiffin. Besides, the instruction of kids into the dangers of smoke has lead to a lessening in 11 to 16 twelvemonth old kids that fume. Widening schooling and services offers other possibilities to efficaciously present Every Child Matters purposes. By offering a big scope of different activities, such as after school nines, wellness, wellbeing and stimulation can be obtained. By doing targeted and specialist services accessible such as grownup and household acquisition, ICT and athleticss installations, it is possible to raise both parental and pupil attainment. This is peculiarly effectual as parents can help schools in the home-education of the kid. It is of import for the school to work with the local community to supply the correct services harmonizing to demand and demand. The stay safe enterprise focuses upon forestalling and/or supplying solutions to any experience which makes a child feel insecure. Obviously, bar is better than remedy and as such schools may choose to learn programmes sing behavioral, strong-arming and/or favoritism issues. By supplying a safe environment, a kid can experience confident and unafraid leting them to larn more efficaciously. Therefore it is critical for school staff to go on educating immature people of the benefits of co-operation in making a safe environment during schooling and maturity. Educational staff must possess good interpersonal accomplishments and be sensitive to the kid ‘s demands and confidentiality to successfully guarantee safety and public assistance. A kid who does non bask their schooling is likely to under-achieve and may develop a more easy than their equals, doing these kids farther jobs. As such it is indispensable for instructors to present the course of study in a stimulating mode, in a stimulating environment, to increase the appetency to go to school and be unfastened to new acquisition. By guaranting that the kid enjoys school, it is possible to guarantee that they achieve to their full potency in footings of attainment. If this is successful in the Early Old ages puting with support of parents/carers it is likely to go on through adolescent old ages and positively impact maturity, and coevalss to come. As highlighted above, kids should be encouraged to act in ways which have a positive impact on themselves and, more significantly, others around them both in and out of school. This is most likely to go on when the kid is stimulated and entertained by an effectual teaching method. Encouraging opinion/debate, job resolution and positive attitudes and hence societal accomplishments in the Early Old ages, allows the kid to follow assurance and do a positive part throughout their lives. This impacts positively upon the community. Furthermore, maximizing attainment additions employment, net incomes potency and life chances in maturity. If childhood experience is effectual, the immature grownup will be ready for employment and farther preparation, leting them to obtain and better their net incomes. Subsequently this allows them to shack in good adjustment and raise a household without the negative effects of poorness. It is clearly of import for educational establishments to increase this focal point for kids from low-income households to interrupt the poorness rhythm. As demonstrated above, implementing every kid affairs schemes in schools has been successful in ways but as with most issues, demands to be on a regular basis reviewed and updated to modify, or happen new ways of, presenting the purposes to outdo benefit kids. It is of import that instruction besides focuses on back uping households and carers ( who are the most influential factor on a kid ‘s development ) and if necessary provide remedial action the kid reaches crisis point. This requires educational establishments to hold a degree of answerability and duty to guarantee the demands of their students are met, and exceeded. This can be facilitated by guaranting that the people who work with kids are valued, rewarded and trained. The head-teacher, school direction and – most particularly – instructors can be influential here, back uping kids to maximize their possible.
